| B.Arch | The candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in 12th or equivalent examination and must have cleared NATA/JEE Paper 2 exam |
| M.Des and MA | Applicants require an accredited Bachelor’s degree in design or engineering or its relevant field for these postgraduate programs. |
| MBA | Candidates for the MBA program must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum 55% cumulative GPA. |
| M.Tech | Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks together in all engineering and its related subjects. |
| PhD | Candidates should have a master’s degree from a recognised university with an aggregate of 55% marks. Additionally, the candidates will have to appear for an Entrance Test + Viva Voice before the Research Committee. However, if the candidate has M.Phill then the candidate will be exempted from writing the Entrance Test. |
