Goa Institute of Management is one of the leading business schools in India. Founded in 1993 by Romuald D’Souza. Rated among the ‘Best B-Schools for the World’ in the Positive Impact Rating 2023, GIM endeavours to have a positive impact on society through its six programs, getting agile leaders ready for the world.

Student life
The college features top-class infrastructure, including spacious classrooms, a well-equipped library, and regularly updated labs that reflect the latest advancements. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus provides 24/7 internet access. Separate hostels for boys and girls offer 24-hour power backup, hygienic mess facilities, RO drinking water systems, water heaters, washing machines, TV lounges, multi-gyms, and indoor games. To ensure student safety, the entire campus is under strict CCTV surveillance. The institute also has an on-campus swimming pool, gym, and sports grounds to keep students fit.

What is the minimum work experience required in order to apply? Can freshers apply?
Freshers are welcome to apply, as there is no mandatory minimum work experience required. The experience will be given weightage in evaluation, as per policy of the institute.

GIM offers 6 post graduate programmes: PGDM (flagship programme), PGDM – HCM, PGDM – BDA, PGDM – BIFS, IDA (International Double Degree in Analytics), PGDM – PT & 1 doctoral programme: FPM.
